Check-In: Saturday

Staging Lot — 2008 S Thompson St, Springdale ↗

Your waiver's already signed from checkout — every driver and passenger gives their date of birth to check in. Un-signed passenger? Have them sign at touge-nation.com/fallfest/waiver before Saturday, or by QR at the gate.

The route briefing and safety review happen in the lot during the check-in window. Staff drivers lead and tail every route.

Before You Show Up

  1. Fuel up before you arrive — there are no fuel stops along the routes
  2. Install your windshield banner before you come — not required, but it helps us get everyone on the road on time! Didn't get your care package? Pick it up at the TougeNation merch booth — Luther George Park, Friday 6–9 PM — and install it before Saturday

Morning: check-in opens 7:30 AM, rollout 8:30 AM sharp.
Afternoon: check-in opens 2:00 PM, rollout 3:00 PM sharp.

Before You Drive

We're Glad You're Here

Thank you for joining FallFest! This is a space where driving enthusiasts of every background come together — be inclusive, be respectful, and make the newcomer feel as welcome as the veteran.

Drive Smart, Drive Safe

Obey the rules of the road and maintain a safe following distance. Never pass the lead staff driver. Lead and tail drivers make sure nobody gets lost or left behind. At scheduled stops or legal passing areas, feel free to reposition — relaxed pace toward the back, comfortable pace up front. No pressure to drive fast — go at whatever pace feels right to you.

Rain or Shine

This event runs rain or shine — rain is part of touge driving! If conditions turn wet, we expect everyone to make more conservative decisions and err on the side of caution.

The full Code of Conduct applies all weekend.

Offline Maps for the Mountain Routes

Cell service is spotty on the mountain routes — download the area to Google Maps before Friday night while you have Wi-Fi.

Coverage to download

Download the entire Northwest Arkansas area, plus the roads to the east and south of Springdale — the routes run deep into the Ozarks along the Arkansas/Missouri and Arkansas/Oklahoma edges. Frame the region from Springdale out past Eureka Springs, Huntsville, and the Buffalo River before tapping Download. Maps can be up to ~1 GB — do it on Wi-Fi before Friday night.
